PHOTOS: Capitol Hill Block Party begins

It's that time again -- peak summer, and one of the biggest parties of the year in one of Seattle's hippest neighborhoods begins.

The Capitol Hill Block Party began Friday with performances from artists such as Peach Pit, Phantogram and Big Wild. Crowds packed in to watch, dance, jump and sing along.
