The lineup for the 2019 Capitol Hill Block Party was announced Tuesday along with the chances to buy passes for one, two or all days.

Headlining the festival from July 19-21 will be "bass beacon RL Grime, electro-pop duo Phantogram and singer-rapper-flautist Lizzo," the festival's promoters said in a news release.
Some groups like Kung Foo Grip and the Black Tones from last year's festival were announced to return as well.
