You don't have to look hard in Seattle to find evidence of growth. But some neighborhoods are growing more than others.

Buying a home is an investment in the neighborhood, and some folks want to see their area grow with each year they're in the house.
Fortunately the data wizards down at Zillow have some insight into which Seattle 'hoods are the "hottest," slated to see the most growth over the next year.
With monthly median home value data going back years, Zillow was able to forecast the change in their Home Value Index over the coming 12 months, and put together a list of the areas in Seattle which are expected to see the highest home value growth.
Though the answers featured in the slideshow above are the top 20 Seattle neighborhoods, the Seattle-area as a whole was slated to see a lot of growth as well. In fact, if you add in neighborhoods from around the Seattle-area (including the east side and all the way down to Tacoma) North Delridge – the 20th fastest growing neighborhood – drops to #56. That means a lot of the Seattle draw is spilling over into the surrounding areas as well.
