Former Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and Ciara, the pop music icon who is married to Wilson, are selling their massive mansion in Bellevue for $36 million.
The property — located at 905 Shoreland Drive SE — is the most expensive home currently for sale in Bellevue by a wide margin, according to Redfin.

"The buyer of Russell and Ciara’s home will experience the ultimate in luxury living, allowing them to work hard and play hard without ever leaving the property," listing agent Carmen Gayton of Windermere told the Seattle P-I.

Indeed, the 11,104-square-foot home, which sits on nearly two acres of land, resembles a private compound.

It sits above a private beach that spans 270 feet of shoreline on Lake Washington, and includes a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom main home; a (very professional) gym; a yoga studio; a sports court; a playground; and a four-boat dock equipped with a jet-ski. If you don't feel like walking down the large hill that leads to the beach, you can take a private tram line instead.
The views from the property are spectacular. They wrap all the way around the opulent mansion and pristinely landscaped grounds. Inside the mansion are soaring ceilings, chandeliers and a swirling spiral staircase. The big office and incredible primary suite, which overlooks the lake, speak to high-end luxury at its literal highest end.

The home went up for sale about a month after the Seahawks announced that they were trading Wilson to the Denver Broncos. It will be interesting to see whether someone of a similar celebrity status moves in next, but, in all likelihood, it will probably be some wonky tech executive.
