The C-Pearl, a tiny houseboat on Lake Union, is one of the least expensive listings in Seattle right now.

The home, at 2401 N. Northlake Way, Slip E6, is being sold for an asking price just shy of $155,000.

The home is quite small, comprising only 162 square feet of space. But, as is the case with so many houseboats and floating homes, the layout is ingenious — most of the storage space is built into the walls and tucked under furniture.

There's also a small eating area set up on the deck for outdoor dining, which is perfect for watching the sunset over the water. Up one more level is a rooftop deck, with built-in seating that gives you front-row views of some of Seattle's most iconic scenery.

Off the boat, the location is quintessential Seattle.

"The sellers have loved being centrally located to all of the Fremont and Wallingford amenities," Windermere listing agent Sean Boe told the Seattle P-I.

Indeed, Gas Works Park, the Fremont Brewing Company and several other urban amenities are a short walk away from the marina.

But, if you're thinking of buying the C-Pearl and converting her into a vacation rental, think again. No rentals are allowed here.
