Instead of moving back into the 11,000 square foot space with 19-foot ceilings, McRory's owner Mick McHugh announced this week that he will be looking for a new home for the Irish pub he opened with partner Tim Firnstahl in 1977.
"Life moves on whether we're ready or not," McHugh told SeattlePI.
Featuring over 1,600 brands of whiskey and a wide variety of beers (it was one of the first bars on the West Coast to offer Guinness on draught), McRory's has long been a destination for Seattle fans heading to a game or concert at the Kingdome, Safeco Field or CenturyLink Field.
