As in previous years, Capitol Hill was swarmed again by costumed revelers who took advantage of the dry, mild weather on this year's All Hallow's Eve.

The Joker and Harley Quinn were big costume favorites this year and several of each could be seen walking the streets.
Another hit was a giant-size, fully functional Bop It costume worn by a woman who was stopped and questioned about it on every corner.
