As King County enters Phase 2 and businesses begin to reopen their doors, there are small signs that life in the Emerald City may be finding its new rhythm.

After months of stay-home orders, Seattleites are returning to their favorite restaurants to sit and grab a bite, barbers and hair stylists have returned to their chairs to give much-needed cuts and some stores have reopened for in-person retail.
