After months of takeout, some Seattle restaurants have officially reopened their doors for patio seating and the occasional dine-in experience.

But as King County moved into Phase 1.5, some restaurants have decided to hold off on reopening.

Who has reopened? Who hasn't? Are they operating at the same hours? Can I make a reservation?
