A number of pop-culture touchstones celebrate milestones in 2020.

Prepare to feel really old.

While some of us were busy going to school, starting a career, raising kids, and paying ungodly mortgage payments, Britney Spears' debut single "...Baby One More Time" decided to turn 22 years old.

That's right, you have now known who Spears is for more than two decades. Speaking of pop singers, proto-Britney icon Madonna turns 62 years old in 2020.

Meanwhile, this year will also mark 22 years since the Monica Lewinsky scandal rocked the Clinton White House. We've been making hacky intern jokes for way too long.

Here on the Houston and Texas front, it should be noted that the Nolan Ryan and Robin Ventura fight turns 27 years old this coming August. How should us Texans celebrate the occasion?

By getting into a bar fight with a guy in a White Sox hat of course.

This summer (June 1 to be exact) will mark 52 years since Astroworld opened to the delight of Houston kids. Don't worry, Chron.com will remind you all about that anniversary.
