Marshawn Lynch evoked another piece of wisdom Sunday night to add to his collection of quotables, after he played what could be his final football game.

“Take care y'all bodies, take care y'all chicken, and take care y'all mentals,” Lynch said in an uncharacteristically long news conference after the game.

That line was spoken unprompted after he gave some terse answers about what he thought of the game. "Shit, we lost," he said after a reporter asked him what was going through his mind. He then went right into giving some I've-been-there-before advice to the younger players about getting their minds right and handling their finances.

And Beast Mode was giving out financial advice, former Seahawk Cliff Avril confirmed in a tweet.

The advice was also an answer to the question of, what about next year?

Lynch shrugged off the question of coming back next year, giving a succinct, "I'm not too sure, we'll see what happens." As for how he felt about his 2019 stint with the Seahawks -- a performance of four touchdowns, three of them in playoff games -- he gave a "pretty solid" to the media.

After the game, Lynch was reported to have a moment with fellow Cal alumnus Aaron Rodgers. They shared a word, and Lynch congratulated him on the win.

The Seahawks ended their season in Green Bay, falling 28-23 in the final minutes of the game after failing a crucial third-down conversion and a couple of huge plays from Aaron Rodgers. Seattle may have overdelivered on a season where starters were falling with injuries left and right.

Head coach Pete Carroll after the game likened the scene to the Seahawks 2012 loss against the Atlanta Falcons in the divisional round. The next year, they won the Super Bowl.
