Sometimes the best way to spend your free time is to escape reality for a bit by playing video games. They’re fun, they can help you wind down, and they can bring you back to older times when you were a kid. For me, my go-to game when I was young was Super Mario 64. I’ll never forget battling Bowser and sliding around on turtle shells.

Today, that game is a little outdated, but they’re still making new and exciting versions. And right now at Walmart, you can pick up Super Mario: Odyssey for your Nintendo Switch for just $37.06 (regular $59.99).

It’s been 26 years since the release of Super Mario 64, and the main character has been improving his skills over time. In Odyssey, you can do all the old tricks plus a few new ones that Mario has up his sleeve. Nowadays he can throw his cap, capture things, and more.

In this game, you’ll be able to explore various kingdoms with Mario and his new companion Cappy (which is, of course, his cap). Just like the classic games, the main storyline will have you fighting off Bowser to rescue Princess Peach from his grasp.

Since it’s made for the Nintendo Switch, you’ll also get the added benefit of playing with a friend in co-op mode. Just pop the Joy-Con controllers off of your Switch and you’ll be able to control Mario while your friend controls Cappy. It’s an exciting new way to play and you’ll spend countless hours having fun in this sandbox game.

The weekend is coming up, so head to your local store or over to Walmart’s website and order Super Mario: Odyssey for your Nintendo Switch for $37.06 and spend the weekend with your favorite animated plumber.
