Starting today, fans may purchase tickets for practices from July 28 through August 12. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with two of the practices exclusive to season ticket holders only.

Tickets to attend training camp sessions are $12 each and can be purchased online.

Of the 12 practices, 11 will be held at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center (VMAC) in Renton. The remaining practice will be a special event held at Lumen Field on August 8. Tickets for this special practice will be $17.

For practices at the VMAC, fans will need to park offsite at the Landing in Renton. A shuttle will be available for transport to the facility. For the practice at Lumen Field, parking will be available at the North Field lot for an additional fee.

Per the NFL’s 2021 training camp policy, a minimum of 20 feet between players and fans will be required. This means no autographs or meet-and-greet sessions. For additional security, the Seahawks will be enforcing the same clear bag policy at the VMAC as is required for regular-season home games at Lumen Field. Outside food and sealed water bottles are permitted as long as they follow the clear bag guidelines.

Tickets to Seahawks home games, both pre-season and regular season, are also available for purchase.

The Hawks will play two preseason games at Lumen Field at the end of August, first against the Denver Broncos before facing the Los Angeles Chargers. Lumen Field will see its first regular-season game on September 19 when hosting the Tennessee Titans for week two.
