For first time ever, Seattle seafood hub Ivar’s debuts BBQ menu

We're saying goodbye to summer bods and saying hello to a little fall fluff. Seattle's beloved local chain dishing up all things crispy fried fish and creamy chowders under nautical digs is launching something a little different this summer: a full-fledged barbecue menu.

Ivar's Acres of Clams and Salmon House restaurants are known for their Pacific Northwest-inspired fare. Now, they're adding the title of "BBQ Restaurant" to their storied names.

For the first time, guests can dine on southern comfort food alongside quarter- and half-racks of smoked pork spare ribs smothered in chipotle peach barbecue sauce, tender pulled pork doused in tangy house sweet sauce, and a collab we're particularly excited about - Uli's Famous Sausage Louisiana hot links.
