It appears the iconic Beth's Cafe located on Aurora Avenue near Green Lake isn't going anywhere, but it may soon change ownership.

The business was listed for sale on Wednesday for $685,000. The sale also includes neighboring business Duck Island Ale House and a second-story bakery, as first reported by Eater.

Earlier this year, the property containing the businesses was listed for $6 million. The 15,280-square-foot property has since been de-listed.

"The property is currently not for sale," Travis Rosenthal of Hesch and Shain Real Estate said in an email to SeattlePI. "Beth's Cafe's owner, Chris Dalton, also owns the property and is offering a 10-year lease for someone interesting in purchasing the businesses."

Beth's has been in business on Aurora since 1954, first established as a nickels slots gambling parlor. It is well-known for its 24-hour service and 12-egg omelette, which garnered it attention on shows like "Man vs. Food," "World's Best Places to Pig Out," and the Food Network's "Top 5 Big Breakfasts."

The businesses have been listed due to the owner's health issues, the listing states.
