Seattle foodies finally have an event to put on their calendar again: Sunset Supper is returning to Pike Place Market on Friday, August 20. Not only is this the returning event’s 25th anniversary, but it’s also the first event to take place at Pike Place since the state lifted its COVID-19 restrictions.

Sunset Supper is an outdoors, vaccine-required event at Pike Place Market. This year, all proceeds will go to the Market Foundation’s Recovery Fund. Their mission is to help keep the Market community healthy and stable following devastating losses from the pandemic.

As this is the first event to take place at the iconic Seattle landmark, vendors and hosts are excited to welcome people back to Pike Place for this celebratory event.

To maintain health and wellness, the Pike Place Market Foundation is requiring all guests, workers, performers and vendors for this event to be fully vaccinated. Guests will be dining outdoors for optimum airflow, tables will be spaced amply apart and capacity will be reduced from previous years. Proof of vaccination will be required to enter the event. In order to comply with state and local guidelines, the event requirements could change at any moment.

The meal will feature delicious dishes and bites from famous chefs at the market and from across the area. Expect Pacific Northwest cuisine from Ben Paris, French-inspired plates from Café Campagne and soul food from the acclaimed COMMUNION.

Drinks will also be served from local Washington breweries, wineries and distilleries including Old Stove Brewing, Tinte Cellars and Temple Distilling. There will be live music, a golden raffle and a prize wheel for the guests to try and win a fun prize.

Tickets to Sunset Supper range from $175 to $500 and are on sale now. You can purchase tickets and find more information on the event’s website.
