Most people show up at work only to put food on the table. They don’t love their job or their lifestyle. After hours of slogging away and commuting, if you and your family are not happy, then whatever you are doing is wrong. Instead of dreaming about your next vacation, find a life that you don’t have to escape. Business coach and entrepreneur Deniero Bartolini explains why quitting a 9 to 5 desk job is a good idea if you are willing to live the lifestyle of your dreams. Through his coaching with The Remote CEO, Deniero is helping entrepreneurs scale up any business remotely or shift from brick and mortar offices to a remote team with the freedom of flexible working hours.

Deniero started his career in sales soon after he graduated. The job helped him learn a lot about business and sales techniques but was not a fulfilling one. Within a short period, he felt a full-time job was not for him. Commuting for hours, slogging in an office, and being part of the rat race was not what he wanted. Deniero quit his job to start freelancing at home. At first, he was enjoying work from the comfort of his home, but he soon found himself working 80 hours a week. With barely 5 hours of sleep and hardly any time for personal care or to spend with his family, Deniero suffered a physical and mental breakdown. After a few days of hospitalization, he discovered that he had lost 75 percent of his clients.

In this situation, Deniero had two options. He could resume a full-time job or start a business and scale it up. He felt the former option was scarier, so he went with the latter. He managed to connect with some podcast agents to start his podcast show interviewing 7, 8, and 9 figure earning entrepreneurs. The experience changed his life, inspiring him to start his own business. He started his agency and built an awesome remote team turning a good profit every year.

With his remote business, Deniero became a remote CEO. He finally discovered true working freedom because he could work anywhere in the world and at any time convenient to him. With his digital business model, Deniero is working to grow and not just to earn. He is devoting only 4 hours of his day and living the lifestyle he has always dreamt of. Now Deniero is on a mission to help others adopt this digital nomad work culture to experience the same freedom. He started The Remote CEO to coach his clients on mindset, automation and delegation, sales, PR, productivity, and more.

To take the initiative further, Deniero has launched a membership program on The Remote CEO. Through this program, people get online access to ongoing content and training. The idea is to create a business incubator for remote entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses online. Deniero will also publish a book on this flexible work culture soon.

He is inspiring millions with his podcast The Remote CEO Show, which has already produced 525 episodes. With thousands of downloads, and over 56K Instagram followers, it is evident Deniero is making an impact with his innovative business model. He wants to continue his journey and reach millions of other people to help them map a business model that suits their lifestyle.
